Ingredients
- 4 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 4 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (or oil)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: extra Oreo crumbs or whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Place Oreos in a resealable bag and crush into fine crumbs with a spoon or rolling pin.
- In a large microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter and milk until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos until evenly combined.
- Microwave for 60–90 seconds, depending on your microwave’s strength, until the cake is set but still soft.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying. Add toppings like extra Oreos, whipped cream, or ice cream.
Notes
Microwave power: Times vary; start at 60 sec and add in 10-sec intervals.
Texture control: For gooey cake, slightly undercook. For firmer cake, cook longer.
