Description

A quick and healthy frittata with white fish, spinach, and eggs, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 200 g white fish
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and spinach
  2. add fish
  3. pour in eggs
  4. bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes
  5. Serve warm

Notes

Works well with leftover fish.

Can swap spinach for kale.
