Ingredients
- 16 oz cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
- 12.5 oz canned chicken (drained) OR 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened (optional for extra creaminess)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese (if using), cheddar cheese, ranch, and blue cheese dressing. Stir until fully combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot with vegetables, chips, or crackers.
Notes
Adjust buffalo sauce to control spice level.
