Description

A creamy, spicy, protein-packed dip made with cottage cheese for a lighter twist on the classic buffalo chicken dip. Perfect for parties, game days, or guilt-free snacking!


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 12.5 oz canned chicken (drained) OR 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened (optional for extra creaminess)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese (if using), cheddar cheese, ranch, and blue cheese dressing. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  7. Serve hot with vegetables, chips, or crackers.
